Tony Bourland In 2009 I suffered from obesity. I weighed in at about 315. My goal was to get fit and do it quick. I had an extremely supportive girlfriend, Holly Rosen, who is now my wife, and couple of friends that were trainers who worked out at the gym. With their knowledge and my determination I hit my goals and more! I lost 75 pounds and entered my first modeling show ever. This journey inspired me to help others and go back to school to finish my degree. I received a Bachelor of Science in pre-athletic training at the University of Arkansas. I’m CPT certified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine and have a certification as a L1 Trainer in CrossFit. I have been training for about five years and teaching CrossFit for about four months. My goal as a trainer is to give back what I was given in my journey to fitness. The comradery of Cross Fit is unique and the will to succeed is contagious. Every day I am humbled by my own workout or the programming we have set for our athletes. Katelin Robinson I’m a Level 1 CrossFit coach as well as a CrossFit Games Certified judge. I began my CrossFit journey in 2015 by becoming a member of Hog Wild CrossFit. Soon after joining, I made the decision to become a competitor. I fell in love with the sport, the process and the community, and in early 2017, made the decision to become a CF-1 trainer. I’m also actively pursuing a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. I work full-time for CSM Bakery Solutions in Bentonville. My husband Michael and I are NWA natives. We currently reside in Fayetteville with our two dogs. I’m involved in the community by organizing fundraisers and helping athletes with their fitness and nutrition goals. CrossFit has become a passion for me and I plan to continue my CrossFit education through the CrossFit headquarters.

Josh Hedrick My fitness and sports journey began soon after I could walk. My parents started me in youth soccer and from there I went on to focus on lacrosse. I ultimately found a passion for tennis in my early teens. I went on to play a year at the collegiate level and started to find myself not enjoying it any longer. I decided to focus on my education instead. I eventually transferred to the University of Arkansas to study Kinesiology, applied exercise science, because I knew I still wanted to be involved with sports and fitness. It was there a classmate of mine and former Hog Wild coach, Ryan Peters, introduced me to CrossFit. I loved how CrossFit exposed me to a variety of aspects of fitness and sports. CrossFit gave me an opportunity to continue to progress without every getting bored. I became a coach to share my passion of fitness and CrossFit with others.

Lexy Diaz I’m the owner and founder of Kokoro Sports Performance, a Level 1 CrossFit coach, a competitor, and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). I’ve been a member of Hog Wild CrossFit since it was established in 2014. As my passion for CrossFit grew, I began competing and then decided to become a coach. I graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in Political Science and Social Work. I’ve returned to school to obtain a degree in Exercise Science in order to pursue my Doctorate of Physical Therapy. I’m passionate about people, human performance and improving athletes. I enjoy inspiring athletes to reach their full potential and helping people with their nutrition, mobility and overall fitness journey.
